Please allow at least 2 weeks for your paperwork to be processed by the national office. (Allow even more time at the height of the showing season Sept./Oct./Nov.) Registration is the responsibility of the owner.
SHC Registration is a process completed only by the National Office and is not the responsibility of your state affiliate.
It is important to remember that if you plan to show your horse in a Grand National Qualifying event it must be registered well before the closing of entries so that you can access the data base to enter shows.

Horses registered with the National Saddle Horse Register (SHC) must have a Show Horse Council Official Certificate of Height.
